An injured client doesn't complain. They just go quiet.

Pain shows up. They get cautious, then scared. They skip a session, then a week. They don't tell you they're stopping, they just stop replying. And the client you spent months building a relationship with is gone.

The advice they get doesn't help either. A local physio who has never programmed a training block tells them to stop deadlifting for six weeks. You never hear about it. Now your client is caught between two people who disagree and don't speak to each other.

Losing three clients a year to injury, at €200 a month, is somewhere between €3,600 and €7,200 you never see. Keeping one of them three months longer pays for itself many times over.

One session to find out what's going on. Then we adjust the load, not the goal.

  1. Intake, 60 minutes on video

Full history, then a physical assessment your client performs while I guide them through it. I see how they move, where it hurts, and what it responds to.

  2. A plan they can train with

What to keep, what to change, what to load and how much. Written in training terms, not clinical ones, so it drops straight into the program you already wrote.

  3. Weekly check-ins

One WhatsApp check-in a week while things are settling, answered within 24 hours on weekdays. Adjustments happen as the week goes, not at the next appointment.

  4. You stay in the loop

Every change to their training goes to you as well. Your client doesn't have to explain their block to a stranger and you don't have to guess what was said.

What I work with.

My specialty

The ones nobody knows where to send

  • Pain that keeps coming back
  • Injuries that never fully settle
  • Wired, tired, not recovering
  • Crashes after training

Clients who quietly stall and don't respond to programming. Persistent pain and nervous system overload are the part of the field I've gone deepest into.

And the everyday ones

Strength and running injuries

  • Neck and shoulder
  • Elbow and wrist
  • Back
  • Hip, knee and ankle

The pain that shows up under the bar and in the last mile. Most of what comes through the door.

And when something needs to be seen in person or by a doctor, I say so and send them on. You want a second opinion that knows its own limits, not one that takes everything.

No commission. No exclusivity. Nothing to sign.

I don't pay per client and I don't want you selling anything. The return for you is the client you keep. What a partnership gets you:

  • A preferred rate for your clients. €80 for the intake instead of €100.
  • A monthly call with me. Thirty minutes, your own questions about any client, no charge.
  • Content for your audience. A live Q&A or a post on something your people keep asking about, once a quarter.
  • Your client stays yours. I handle the injury. The training and the relationship stay with you.

A physiotherapist who has actually trained.

I'm Olivier. I qualified as a physiotherapist in the Netherlands, cum laude, and I'm BIG-registered and based in Amsterdam, where I work clinically alongside this practice. Before that, and still now, I've been training for over ten years and coaching people as a personal trainer for three.

That's the part that matters for your clients. I know what a hypertrophy block is, what a deload costs someone mentally, and what happens when you tell a lifter to stop lifting. Most of the time you don't have to. You have to change what they're doing and by how much, which is a training problem as much as a clinical one.

Sessions run from Amsterdam, and from Bangkok between November and May. The work and the timing don't change.

Send me your next injured client and see what happens.

The easiest way to find out whether this works for your people is to try it once. Email me and tell me a bit about who you coach. If it's a fit, we'll talk for fifteen minutes and go from there.

I read my own email and reply the same day.
